Excellent stay. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. Loved having a mini kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again! Note, only 12 rooms have bathtubs. So if that matters to you, check in with management before booking as it impacts the room type.

I want to start by saying how impressed I was with the customer service. Long story short, we arrived at our Airbnb after a 10-hour drive only to find it wasn’t ready, and there were no cleaners available. With young kids who were hungry, exhausted, and ready for bed, we were suddenly in a bind and needed to find a place quickly that could accommodate our family for an extended weekend. From the first phone call, Austin was friendly, helpful, and patient while answering our questions. The property itself is newer and well maintained. You won’t mistake it for a Waldorf Astoria, but the one-bedroom kitchen suite was exactly what we needed. The free breakfast bar offered a solid variety for most tastes, and the pool was a great way to start—or wind down—the day after time on the mountain. As a bonus, the even-numbered rooms on the fourth floor have beautiful views of both the mountains and the town. The indoor heated pool was a great way for the kids to get their wiggles out in the morning and relax at the end of the day. It is centrally located to all areas of interest. What stood out most, though, was the attention to detail from Chris, the GM. He was consistently making sure the common areas were clean, breakfast items were fully stocked, and guests had quality recommendations on how to enjoy the area (Booneshine is a must). His focus on quality truly set this place apart from others where you often encounter half-hearted or disengaged customer service. If you’re looking for a solid value with good quality and genuinely attentive staff, I would absolutely recommend booking here.

Very much appreciate the staff at Towneplace Suites Boone for their assistance with a room block for our destination wedding in October. Not only were they kind and accomodating with us and our guests, but they went the extra mile by keeping us up to date with how many rooms we had left, as well as allowed us into our booked rooms to provide our guests with welcome bags. We initally approached the hotel staff about a year before our event to get everything squared away, and one thing I very much appreciated was that they stuck to their word. We had a fall wedding, and sometime between when we agreed and our event, the App State football schedule was announced. Our wedding happened to fall on game day, but unlike a different hotel in the area, they chose to honor our agreement. Our guests all very much enjoyed their stays, we heard nothing but positive feedback! Highly recommend for a hotel in Boone that keeps customer service at the center of everyting they do!

This hotel was fantastic. Great location and pristine. The room was spacious and modern. The gym was a good size with a wide range of weights. Breakfast was free, extensive and delicious

My experience staying at Towneplace Suites in Boone is a very positive one. I find the entire hotel staff to be friendly and respectful and responsible. The hotel has a warm and friendly vibe. I give highest praise and gratitude to the General Manager, Christopher Anderson, for his excellence in managing the hotel, and for willingness to go the extra miles in order to most effectively assist the guests as may be needed. My car battery died during my stay and Christopher was super helpful, assisting me most generously throughout the process of problem resolution. I also give my highest praise and gratitude to Molly S. at the front desk for her generosity in helping and for kindness as well. As a single mom I make it a priority to travel with my 2 children throughout the year so I can give them experiences they’ll carry with them into adulthood. Every year we visit Boone, North Carolina, and we’ve stayed at several different hotels over time — but this year we stayed at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Boone, and I can confidently say we will never stay anywhere else again. In all our years of traveling, I have never experienced a hotel with a friendlier staff, a cleaner environment, or a team that makes you feel so genuinely at home. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Chris, Lauren, and Zoe were absolutely phenomenal — beyond words. Their warmth, professionalism, and knowledge of the area made our trip not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the support staff was always present, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is immaculate, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained. Every detail reflects care and pride. Because of them, this trip was a thousand times better than any previous visit to Boone. No words can truly express the depth of joy this stay brought to my children and me. Thank you for making our annual tradition even more meaningful. We are so grateful — and we’ll be back every single year. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional in every way.

I have stayed in several hotels in Boone over the years. TownePlace Suites is the hotel that stands out. I make my reservation there before I travel without question because TownePlace is tried and true with an excellent consistentcy of service and product that remains constant. The product includes what I would expect and more, clean rooms, plenty of fresh towels, comfortable beds, a home-like complete kitchen with utensils, dishes, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table, chairs. Free breakfast with good selection offered every day in the lobby. A great location with plenty of parking. The service at TownePlace is where they go the extra mile and leave other hotels behind. The staff genuinely cares about the guests instead of simply putting in time at a job, and it makes all the difference. I always feel good to arrive there after a long trip, know the room will be waiting with no problems, be cheerfully greeted and checked in, and feel safe, comfortable, and “at home.” Any requests I have made during my stays, whether they be hotel related or personal challenges with rental car or other difficulties, have been enthusiastically and cheerfully taken on with actual solutions and help given. How wonderful in this day and age! The manager, Christopher, seems to be ever present day or night. With his own actions, he sets a high standard for personal excellence that resonates throughout the hotel staff, including Molly and Kay at the front desk, food staff, and cleaning staff. There is no “passing the buck” at this hotel, they get it done even with “impossible” or unreasonable situations. Five stars and highly recommend. Thank you, wonderful TownePlace
